The Fuller Center for Housing, Louisville, acquires/purchases vacant, abandoned or foreclosed upon properties to restore and utilize for affordable housing for community members. Through our work, we improve the street and neighborhood and help an individual or family begin to build generational wealth through property ownership. We utilize partnerships with community organizations, churches, and individuals who volunteer to help renovate each community house and provide ongoing services, so our homeowners go from surviving to thriving.
The Fuller Center for Housing serves the most impoverished families in the community. Our comprehensive education program has weekly expectations for six months of training before an individual or family can take on a mortgage.
