About Us
The Fuller Center for Housing, Louisville, acquires/purchases vacant, abandoned or foreclosed upon properties to restore and utilize for affordable housing for community members. Through our work, we improve the street and neighborhood and help an individual or family begin to build generational wealth through property ownership. We utilize partnerships with community organizations, churches, and individuals who volunteer to help renovate each community house and provide ongoing services, so our homeowners go from surviving to thriving.
The Fuller Center for Housing serves the most impoverished families in the community. Our comprehensive education program has weekly expectations for six months of training before an individual or family can take on a mortgage. We focus on renovation which means we are making a difference in the life of the family moving into the home and revitalizing the community.
Our history
The Fuller Center for Housing of Louisville opened it's doors in 2008. Since then we have touched over 100 families in our quest to help low-income families gain permanent, affordable housing.

Executive Director
Brianna Carey, Executive Director
The Fuller Center for Housing is thrilled to welcome Brianna Carey as the Executive Director. Brianna started work at The Fuller Center in 2016 as the Executive Administrator and became deeply involved in the community. Brianna witnessed the challenges and opportunities of revitalizing the neighborhoods and developed a strong passion for people and home renovation. Brianna has been a valuable member of the Fuller Center team helping herself and 20 families achieve their dream of homeownership. Brianna is eager to continue to transform the lives of families who face housing insecurities. Her true passion for the families will drive her each and every day as she strives to make The Fuller Center for Housing an organization that is able to meet the needs of our community.
